Before requesting an appointment, please remember that many issues can be sorted without needing an appointment. If an appointment is appropriate we can arrange face-to-face, telephone or video consultations with a doctor, nurse or other health professional.
We kindly request that all patients use our online consultation (eConsult) service if they are able to. Using our online services first means that you’re more likely to get the best help sooner than if you telephone or visit the practice. It also gives the doctor/nurse useful information that can help provide a better assessment of your needs and safer treatment for you. If you need to see or speak to a doctor/nurse, we will respond with arrangements for this by the end of the next working day (usually much quicker).
Using our online services also means that our telephone lines and appointments are used more efficiently for those who really need to see or speak to us.
