Doctors

Dr Edward Williams
Dr. Edward Williams qualified as a doctor in 1999 (MBChB) and undertook surgical training until 2008 (MRCSEd) then decided his interests lay in General Practice (MRCGP). He consolidated his years of experience in Trauma and Orthopaedics whilst undergoing his training in General Practice by completing the Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (MFSEM) He is also a GP Trainer.

Dr Rachel Pagnamenta
Dr Rachel Pagnamenta trained in Bath and qualified as a GP in 2012. She has been with the Surgery since 2016. She enjoys time outdoors or taking part in family fun runs. Dr Pagnamenta is currently off sick. We wish her a speedy recovery.

Dr Din
Dr Din joined the Practice in November 2016. He is an experienced GP that specialises in chronic heart diseases with years of experience and commutes from Woking.

Dr Kirsten Hain
Dr Kirsten Hain is our Cancer care lead. She is locally trained and offers 5 sessions a week. She lives in the borough with her husband and family of 3 young children.

Dr Nathaniel Neofytou
Dr Nathaniel Neofytou has been working with us since he finished his training and is our Diabetic lead and has a specialist interest in cardiology and dermatology

Dr Erum Rabbani
Upon graduating from medical school in London, Dr Rabbani and is currently a year 1 Specialist Trainee. Dr Rabbani will be part of the clinical team at Ascot Medical Centre until February 2024. Her previous rotations include experience in A&E and Acute Medicine.
Clinical Team

Mrs Bird
Nurse Tina Bird trained at Kings College Hospital in London and came into General Practice nursing after working as a trauma nurse and then in intensive care for many years. Nurse Tina is the nursing lead for Chronic Diseases- Diabetes, Chronic Heart Disease, Asthma and COPD. She is a very valuable member of the team and has great experience in supporting patients with multiple health challenges. She also performs general practice nursing duties.

Miss Bowden
Nurse Bowden has joined the team having recently worked with the local out of hours provider in a Clinical Managerial role. She is an experienced practice nurse and will be responsible for Childhood and travel immunisation clinics, supporting patients with general practice nursing duties.

Mrs Sharon Kennedy
Our very dynamic Health Care Assistant works closely with the clinical team providing health checks and patient assessments as a very integral part of our multidisciplinary team. She works on Mondays and Wednesday. She performs diabetic physical checks, ECGs and Blood pressure monitoring as part of routine cardiovascular review

Natlie Wilkinson
Our Practice based Clinic Administrator working as part of our Multidisciplinary clinical team to provide acute on the day assessments for our patients working closely with the Duty team. She will also be involved in performing new residents assessments and clinical assessments as part of our Month of Birth recall system for our care home residents.

Miss Jo Gates
We are very fortunate to have a Network pharmacist working alongside other clinicians at the practice to connect us closer in the Ascot Primary Care Network. She comes with a lot of clinical experience and brings great wealth to the team which is shared across our network to the advantage of our patients

District Nurse

Midwife
Our midwife would like to meet you to discuss your care in pregnancy and to take some detailed information about your medical history. At about 8-10 weeks in your pregnancy, you should book an appointment with the midwife. Prior to this appointment you should decide at which hospital you would like your baby delivered. Your choices are as follows:
- Frimley Park Hospital, Surrey
- Wexham Park Hospital, Slough
The NHS offers screening for abnormalities through an ultra sound scan between 12-14 weeks and 20-22 weeks. These scans will be arranged at the hospital where you intend to give birth.

For patients already registered with the midwife, our midwives are based at Frimley Park Hospital are members of The Villagers Team and can be contacted at the Community Midwife Office on 01276 604241.

The health visiting service provides practical support and health advice within your community with a focus on families and young children. They provide a core programme of home visits, clinics and group contacts.
Local drop-in clinics are provided weekly if you need on-the-spot advice you can weigh your baby and have a chat about their growth and development
