Patient Access
The practice has an online system called Patient Access which gives you the ability to Book or Cancel an Appointment, Request a Repeat Prescription, Change Personal Details and View your Medical Records without visiting the practice.
If you do not have an GP online service account and wish to register, please click on Register (or for the form click Registration Form).
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to enter some personal details and choose some security questions (similar to registering for online banking, for example).
Once initially registered, it will then allow you limited use of the online system (such as booking a first appointment online). When you next come into the surgery, you will then be required to show photographic proof of identification, so that we can authorise your online account to enable all the features (such as canceling appointments, requesting prescriptions).
The NHS App
You can also download NHS app on your smartphone/tablet which will allow you to Book and manage appointments at your GP practice, Securely view your GP medical record, Order your repeat prescriptions, Check your symptoms, get instant advice, and more
Please note: Registration on the NHS app will be processed online, without the need to visit the practice.
