Reviews are a way of letting your practice know how you’re managing with your long-term condition, your contraception, or your medication.
Only complete a review if you’ve been asked to do so by your GP practice.
We aim to offer an annual review for all our patients with long term conditions during their month of birth. These are patients often on repeat medications that need monitoring by annual blood tests to ensure you are still on the correct dose of your medication and it is still indicated for your condition. As new information about chronic conditions emerge, we are able to get patients on up to date treatment for their conditions.
