If you have a thyroid condition such as under-active or over-active thyroid you will need an annual review to monitor your thyroid levels. If you are due a review (usually due in/ around your birthday month) and have not yet been contacted, you can submit an online review using the link below. To fully assess your thyroid status, we would usually undertake a thyroid blood test as well. Once you have submitted your information, you will be contacted to arrange a blood test if necessary.
