Mrs. Jo Taylor is the Practice Manager. If you would like to share any good news or have a complaint, please put it in writing for the attention of the Practice Manager and this will be dealt with according to the Practice Protocols. Likewise, if you have any suggestions about how the Practice would benefit, please also send this in and it will be brought to the attention of the Practice’s Patient Participation Group which hold 6-8 weekly meetings.
Mrs Deborah Porter is our Secretary. She works part time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Mrs. Kim Hyde is the Reception Team Lead and is on site from Tuesday – Friday, overseeing the Reception and Admin Team and working closely with the Practice Manager. The Reception team work together with a vast amount of local knowledge and experience which is offered to our patients. They provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries and care navigation. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
